1. It is necessary to adjust the light intensity to not exceed 20MA to prevent rapid aging of the laser tube.
2. Carefully clean the reflector on the machine, otherwise the dimming path must be readjusted.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use inferior circulating water. Poor quality circulating water can seriously affect laser power and greatly shorten the service life of laser tubes. Laser tube damage caused by users using poor quality water is not covered by warranty. It is recommended to use purified water.
4. Before each assignment, please pay attention to focusing, as inaccurate focusing can seriously affect the carving effect.
5. The third emitter and focusing lens must be removed and cleaned. After cleaning, the lens installation must be secure, but not too tight to avoid lens breakage.
After each assignment, cleaning work should be done well. When doing cleaning work, you can slowly push the crossbeam and trolley with power off, but it is strictly forbidden to push or pull forcefully.
7. Before starting up at work every day, the lenses must be cleaned once (note: not in the lower half).
8. Clean the machine peripherals (fans, air pumps, etc.) every week.
9. The cooling water volume should not be less than 30 liters, and the submersible pump must be submerged.
During the homework process, it is necessary to monitor the water temperature at all times. Once the water feels warm, change it immediately (the method that does not affect the homework is to mix out some hot water and pour in cold water).
